Our Team *

Ronald Ward, APRN

Raised in California, Ronald served 23 years on active duty in the United States Army as a Combat Medic, as well as serving in the Arkansas National Guard. He concluded his military career as a First Sergeant overseeing a Combat Medical Hospital.

Outside of his military career, Ronald has extensive experience in light and heavy construction, along with 19 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In 2018, he transitioned to becoming a Registered Nurse (RN), beginning his RN career in medical-surgical nursing before moving into the Cardiac ICU. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ronald served as a cardiac ICU nurse and later worked as a Rapid Response Nurse at Baptist Health-Conway. From 2022–2024, Ronald served as an ICU Charge Nurse at Baptist Health-Conway.

While completing his APRN education, he continued serving patients as a Floater RN at Baptist Health in Little Rock, gaining experience across multiple hospital settings and specialties. Been married for 24 years and is the proud father of two teenage children.

Ronald's long-term goal is to remain where he is now—serving patients and families in community through Hillcrest Family Clinic. He is passionate about bringing his years of military leadership, nursing experience, and advanced practice training together to provide high-quality, compassionate care to every patient who walks through the clinic doors.

Olivia Coulter, Office Manager

Olivia Coulter serves as the Office Manager at Hillcrest Family Clinic, helping keep the clinic running smoothly while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

As a mother of four children spanning a variety of age ranges, Olivia understands firsthand that every stage of life comes with different healthcare needs. Her experience as a mother has strengthened her compassion, patience, and dedication to helping families feel comfortable and cared for.

In her role as Office Manager, Olivia is committed to supporting both patients and the Hillcrest Family Clinic team. She works behind the scenes to help coordinate the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure our patients receive friendly, organized, and dependable service.

Olivia takes pride in being part of a team that puts families first and is passionate about helping create a clinic environment where patients feel welcomed, respected, and valued.

Outside of the clinic, Olivia enjoys spending time with her four children. Being a busy mother has taught her the importance of compassion, organization, and making time for the people who matter most.

Kylie Spence, Medical Assistant

Born and raised in Arkansas, graduated from Bauxite High School in 2019 and began her healthcare career working in a compounding pharmacy, where she gained valuable experience in medication management and patient care. She later joined National Park Hospital, working in the geriatric psychiatric department, where she spent several years caring for patients and developing a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.

Kylie then continued her healthcare journey at UAMS, working on a surgical floor caring for patients in ENT, Plastic Surgery, and Orthopedic specialties. During her time at UAMS, she also worked through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Following her time at UAMS, Kylie joined St. Vincent Infirmary's Emergency Department, where she built her clinical knowledge and experience while caring for patients with a wide variety of acute and urgent medical needs. She is currently pursuing her RN, BSN, furthering her education and expanding her clinical knowledge and skills. She is passionate about continuing to grow in healthcare and providing compassionate, patient-centered care to the community she calls home.

Outside of healthcare, Kylie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their four cats.
